They installed the new tram; horrible, way to far away from the animals.

Getty Center

German architect Richard Meyer's blunt, bold, stark style shows it self at the Getty Ceneter in LA. Amazingly, those columns are about 50 feet high. The complete complex takes up about 10 acres on a ridge just north of LA.

A Beautiful Cactus Garden at the Getty Center highlight many types of Cactus'.  My macro lens captured these perfectly.  Surprisingly,  theses were in bloom in November.

Getty Center

The Getty Center just north of Downtown LA is beautiful!  Architect Richard Meyer created a serene setting for  works of art atop a lovely hillside.

Stop by if you get a chance, it is wonderful!

Looking down the track of a funicular railway on the way the Hallstatt Salt mines. These are the oldest salt mines in the wolrd that are still in operation!

If you get a chance and you are in Austria, I recommend a visit for sure.

Rhein in flammen is a annual celebration on the Rhien river in Germany.  50-100 Cruise vessels parade down the river decked out with lights.  This was in september 2006, and boy was it spectacular!

Roman Bridge in the Upper Val D'oasta valley in Italy. St. Martin houses this wonderful bridge, the flowers were in just the right spot!
