Swiss Alps

The Lauterbrunnen valley remind me so much of Yosemite.  Except, above the plateau, there's another 4000 thousand feet of mountain.  So breath taking! and So close to reality!

Impressive!
Looking down the track of a funicular railway on the way the Hallstatt Salt mines. These are the oldest salt mines in the wolrd that are still in operation!

If you get a chance and you are in Austria, I recommend a visit for sure.

Almond Blossoms!
I found these in my backyard one spring morning.  Just a little dew. . . Perfect.  I just love flowers in the spring.

Rolling Hills

Old napa-sonoma road, between napa and. . .you guessed it SONOMA!, has some beautiful old vine grapes.  Picture Perfect.  I took this photo in January of 2006 on a day trip.  The vines seem to go on forever. and ever. and ever.

Clam

A Clam south of Salzburg, Austira.  Named Liechtenstein Clam because the prince of Liechtenstein liked to visit.  So cool to be able to walk along the edge.  See the railing in the picture?

A sunny Friday in San Francisco!  We visited the exploratorium and had to walk over to the Palace of Fine Arts.  Amazing this historic structure is still standing.
