German architect Richard Meyer's blunt, bold, stark style shows it self at the Getty Ceneter in LA. Amazingly, those columns are about 50 feet high. The complete complex takes up about 10 acres on a ridge just north of LA.

A Beautiful Cactus Garden at the Getty Center highlight many types of Cactus'.  My macro lens captured these perfectly.  Surprisingly,  theses were in bloom in November.

Getty Center

The Getty Center just north of Downtown LA is beautiful!  Architect Richard Meyer created a serene setting for  works of art atop a lovely hillside.

Stop by if you get a chance, it is wonderful!

At the San Diego Wild Animal Park they have all kinds of animals.  These red macaws were enjoying their time in the bird house.  I love it when I can see the eyes of animals
